REGISTRATION

You can order from COFFEELAND LTD as a registered user.

To register, you must choose a username and password, as well as to specify a delivery address, name and surname, e-mail, phone number(s) for connection, and your data will be stored in our system. After successful registration and storage of your data in the system, in each new order you will be able to change the delivery address and your personal data. When marking the box “I agree with the Terms and Conditions” you make an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, with which you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

Personal data that you provide to COFFEELAND LTD will be used solely and exclusively for serving you as a customer - for processing and delivery of the order, for establishing a connection with you. COFFEELAND LTD guarantees that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than the above.

ORDER

You can place your order from COFFEELAND LTD 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Order made by a customer during holidays and weekends shall be processed in the first working day.

When finalizing your order you can see the products you have selected.

You will be notified by email on the receipt and confirmation of your order or by phone call. Our operator will contact you only in case there is a complication with your order.

ORDER PRICE

The final amount payable is the sum of each product that you ordered, plus shipping costs.

You get 10 % discount for deliveries with ECONT, as an additional bonus from us.

PROBLEMS IN PROCESSING THE ORDER

  1. One or more of the ordered items is not available; in such circumstances representative of COFFEELAND LTD will contact You in the shortest possible time;
  2. Delivery/billing address is incomplete or incorrect;
  3. Wrong phone number for contact with the customer;

In case of problems in delivery due to COFFEELAND LTD, we are responsible for all additional costs incurred. The customer covers the additional costs in the event that he/she is responsible for their occurrence.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. By bank transfer - subject to further coordination with COFFEELAND LTD
  2. In cash upon receipt of the goods in our stores.
  3. COD upon receipt of the goods by courier.

ORDER REFUSAL

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 55 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt. For this purpose, the object of the transaction must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the sales presentation of the goods. Transport costs for returning of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
